Adopting plug-flow process, TTV supports 25%-45% high solid content material processing, and achieves continuous and stable fermentation. This technology has become the core solution for the resourceization of high solid organic wastes.

Xinsu Environmental Group has invested in Gansu Lanzhou Fruit and Vegetable Waste Resource Utilization BOT Project. The construction scale is to treat 2,000 tons/day of fruit and vegetable waste. Shanghai Laogang Solid Waste Base is constructing a demonstration project with a daily processing capacity of 1,000 tons, and the first phase of the food waste project was designed to process 225 tons/day, which finally adopts the advanced TTV dry anaerobic process, and selects two tanks with an effective volume of 2,250 m³. By mid-October 2020, the daily biogas production of the first tank has stabilized to more than 10,000 ㎡, and the daily processing capacity of the food waste is almost 100 tons per day.
